It wasn't me

One day Jack's mother broke a vase, it was her husband’s vase he won at the age of 9. She was
scared because she didn't want her husband to be angry at her so she blamed Jack. The husband
was so upset he was going to send Jack to boarding school. Jack said,  “It wasn’t me!” The Dad
then said “if you found out who did this I will not send you to boarding school”. Jack searched for
clues, he found a nail polish stain on one piece. 

Mother said “it was me.   I was scared you would be angry, `` her husband said “it’s fine.”
